At Momentum Construction + Design, no two stories – or roles – are the same. Each person brings their own strengths, personality, and perspective to the table, shaping how we work and what we create together. For Sales and Controller Brad Rowley, that means keeping the business side of Momentum running smoothly while staying deeply connected to the people and purpose behind every project.
Brad’s journey to Momentum began years before he officially joined the team. After studying accounting at Michigan State University and working in Florida, he eventually made his way back home to Michigan, where a reconnection with longtime friend and Momentum founder Adam Zylka opened the door to something new. What started as a bookkeeping opportunity quickly evolved into a multifaceted leadership role that blends financial strategy, customer service, and hands-on collaboration.
Today, Brad plays a vital part in the everyday operations of Momentum’s Ann Arbor remodeling business, ensuring projects run efficiently and the team stays aligned. But beyond the numbers, it’s his steady demeanor, genuine relationships, and appreciation for small-business culture that make him such an integral part of the Momentum story.
